Alumni Talks Collaboration - CRPS Major + PMSG with IAO!

One of the prestigious colleges at Ritsumeikan University is the College of Policy Science, located at the Osaka Ibaraki Campus. Started in 1994, this College is for students who strongly feel for the social challenges and are ready to devote themselves in the socio-economic domains for community development.

We will update this blog-page with each update and release of PMSG Videos on the YouTube Channel. 

The Community and Regional Policy Studies Major at the College of Policy Science, is especially designed for the English speaking community at our university. Launched in 2013, CRPS is an inclusive society of well-versed faculty members and students from all parts of the world who share an underlying commitment of social welfare. With an ever-growing community, CRPS is continuously evolving. 

Great news is that we built a strong foundation of alumni in a short span of time who are hustling and doing what makes them happy in all different corners of the world.  

One of many things that university students find themselves pondering over often is the idea of ‘what's next?’ While there are some of us who come with a plan, it is more than okay to not have a plan at all and discover it on your journey. Because nothing is absolutely 100 percent certain, right? We are all figuring our paths. While we are at it, wouldn't it be great to have some inspiration to look out for. And where does one find it? The Internet, of course duh! Yes, I swear almost every university student has watched those videos on ‘life and purpose’ and ‘job hunting’ and ‘masters application tips’ or something along those lines. Well, it would be great to have a quick session with someone who has been in your shoes, since they exactly know what it takes to get on the journey after graduation. Well news flash, the Student Council of CRPS, better known as Peer-Mentor Support Group, brings exactly that! 

If you are still lost and figuring out what I am talking about, well here is a quick brief. PMSG brings you the ‘Alumni Talks’ - a series of conversations with our CRPS senpai (seniors at school, in Japanese). Our graduated seniors, through these chit-chats with the PMSG members, talk with us through the vivid and wide future prospects after graduation, shedding an unfiltered light on their journey after Ritsumeikan. You can catch tips and tricks and invaluable life advice as they get candid on these sessions.
